It's scone time again. This time it's chocolate and more chocolate.

You can't have too much chocolate.  I am particularly fond of dark chocolate.

This year I baked Mango-cranberry Scones, Date-Coconut Scones and Triple Chocolate Scones.

The chocolate scones are even better with a dark chocolate glaze.

I spent some time browsing through my old Christmas photos and remembering some of the special moments back then.  Just look at this princess, who is now practically grown up.

A few "youngsters" working on their musical talent back in 2006?

This one too! He was having a blast.  That's what you are supposed to do on New Year's Eve.

This photo goes way back to the college days.

Collin loved to take "pictures".  His favorite camera was a can of Grandpa Jon's sardines.  It looked like a camera to him.

This young couple in 1996.

Yes, Grandma wrapped this gift just for this little guy.  The Christmas wrapping roll is so much fun to hold on to and it tasted good too.  (kind of)
What could be in this box?

Uncle Roy and JP on his Big Wheel.  He loved that thing.

Uncle Roy in some of his finest Christmas attire.

This photo was taken back when these three lived in the big city of Spokane and now they are officially Montanans.   Think guinea poop, slugs, snakes and hedgehogs......firewood, forest fire fighters to chemists and medical technicians and artists....

Our family keeps growing.  I just can't have enough grandchildren and great-grandchildren.   Cute munchkins!

I am really missing this lady.  I am posting this photo to remind all of you that life is short.  Celebrate it with those you love all you can, and don't hold back.

Merry Christmas from Hope, America.
