Dancing Mandolin Player, Ellie, will be performing her signature song, Sister Kate, with the Cougar Creek Band at the Hope Community Center on Sunday, Feb. 16. 5:00-8:00 p.m. The event is free. Chili and cornbread, along with King Cake, will be served. (I think the chili and cornbread is the North Idaho replacement for Mardi Gras gumbo?) It is a Mardi Gras celebration and a fundraiser for the community center. Wine and Beer will be available to purchase.
