I am getting ready for summer by practicing using my new toy, a Cuisinart Ice Cream and Sorbet Maker. My first attempt is a Blackberry and Raspberry Sorbet. Yum!

Cool! (unintended pun) How fitting to celebrate with Ice Cream! Icy is what your spring has been! If Hope is going to just skip Spring, then by all means, you should too :) You'll have ice cream at a moments notice for this summer... it's yummy at Grandma Connie's house!
