Is it Spring yet?

Brrrr.  Cold this morning.  15 degrees.  This little bird was having lunch at Retired Mountain Man's feeder yesterday.

A little seed money and looking forward to the next party.....

.....which will be in August!  Meanwhile, like everyone else, I am putting away the Christmas decorations.  I am close to the end. 

On New Year's Eve, JP gave me a glass with a tip in it.  I am going to save it for seed money for the Oyster Party.  

It's a good thing that I have my pension.

Fast Food Drive-up for Moose

They are looking for my rhododendrons.

Maggie, the moose dog, found them bedded down behind the barn later.  She had no fear until they stood up.  Then she came running back to the house.  She was effective though.  My rhodies are still there.
