Fire danger - extremely low.

Yes, we had another rainy day yesterday with at least an inch of rain.  It does look like we will get a few hours of sunshine today before the next band of showers reaches us.  Firefighter Dylan has left us and is on his way to New Mexico or Arizona where it is hot and dry and the fires are burning.  There's not a chance of a forest fire here.

The blackberries and the raspberries love the rain.  They are thriving along with the weeds.  The lawn likes the rain too.

The grape vines would prefer some drier weather as they are ready to bloom.  We need several warm days of sunshine for the grapes to set.  We will see what happens.

It doesn't take much change from Mother Nature to really screw up a gardeners life.
