How low can it go?

My cholesterol, that is.

My next doctor's visit is in December.  It's time once again to knuckle down and get back to sticking to the DASH plan.  I lowered my cholesterol quite a bit the first go round but I need to lower it some more.

Yes, this is a boring post, but a necessary one.  It's time to get the Nordic Track back online and I start the DASH Action Plan tomorrow.  Whoo hoo!   Did I say that?



I have tried to follow the DASH Diet as closely as possible, but I have to confess that I have strayed from the plan.  There was dark chocolate, cream puffs, wine and other tasty things......
